Dr Elsa , Be a Blessing

Seeing the person. Nurturing the possibility.

I’m Dr Elsa Tsang. My work explores how education, leadership and the environments around us help people flourish.

My story and the work behind it

Be a Blessing.

My work began with listening. It still does.

In social work, classrooms and organisations, I have met people whose abilities were far greater than the opportunities available to them. Those experiences led me to research giftedness and talent development, and continue to shape the questions I ask about education.

I care about what makes growth possible: thoughtful teaching, strong relationships and the practical support that helps good ideas take root.

My perspective on education

Feeling tired? Wiggle your toes.

A small action became the starting point for a much larger conversation about energy, perspective and human sustainability.

A life of learning, in many different places.

Social worker, educator, researcher, speaker. Each chapter has taught me something about people, and about the kind of contribution I hope to make.
