Research with a human purpose.

My doctoral research in giftedness and talent development grew from a concern for how ability is recognised, and what happens when it is missed.

Alongside teaching, school governance and school development experience, it continues to shape the questions I bring to education: who is thriving, whose potential is overlooked, and what could we do differently?
